Co-founder & Chief Science Officer
Will is the lead inventor of the company’s technology, and a pioneering chemist in the development of porous polymer networks known as covalent organic frameworks (COFs). He has received more than ten national and international awards for innovations in polymer chemistry.
Dr. Dichtel serves as the director of the Dichtel Research Group at Northwestern University, where he is the Robert L. Letsinger Professor of Chemistry.
Damian is a co-inventor of the company’s technology, and co-authored publication of the January 14, 2016 Nature article.
Dr. Helbling heads the Helbling Research Group at Cornell University, and is a Professor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering. Helbling conducted the first study of micropollutants in the Hudson River, which was reported in July 2016.
Juan co-authored the company’s fiber science technology in the October 25, 2016 issue Chemistry of Materials.
Dr. Hinestroza directs the Textiles Nanotechnology Lab at Cornell University, and is a Professor of Fiber Science at the College of Human Ecology. His work focuses on exploring new pathways for creating multifunctional fibers through nanoscale manipulations.
